Hello,
Got a new 400 t for christmas and took it to the mountains this past weekend to do some geocaching. The unit crashed after about 5 hours of use. It simply will not re-boot. After the garmin logo at bootup, the screen freezes up after it attempts to load waypoints and routes.

Before I left, I uploaded the latest and greatest firmware update....

Also,
Attempted a hard reset (pressing top left corner while turning unit on) to no avail.

Any ideas?

My sugestion would be to pull out the SD card if you have one in the unit, and try it again. It may come up and say it can not perform routeing, say ok and dismiss the action. Worth a try.
