I have a problem with the SP111 programmer on windows xp, It does'nt recognize the programmer, I'm sure its connected to the u.s.b port ok, the first time I connected it, the computer threw a wobbly and crashed, since then it just refuses to recognize the programmer, I've been on to the pc suppliers without much joy, also garmin,who has'nt replied yet. Am I missing something here?and doing things wrong, as I'm no pc Expert!! Any suggestions that I can try,( in laymans lingo please ) would be greatly appreciated. I am beginning to have some misgivings about this buy, as first of all the mapsource code was invalid ,which is now fine after a download from garmin, but it seems to be one problem after anouther! Help,before I lose all my Hair!! & I ain't got much,
