 Post subject: transfer routes and waypoints from Mapsource to 2720 or 2820

I have Mapsource 6.9.1 and City Navigator v7 that I used with a SPIII.
Does anyone know if I can transfer my current routes and waypoints to a 2720 or 2820 like I did with the SPIII???
