 Post subject: Drag to view on Nuvi 760

I've got a Nuvi 760 and in the manual under TIPS FOR BROWSING THE MAP it says to "Touch the map, and drag to view different parts of the map." I can't seem to get my map to move when I try to drag, whether I touch it and drag or tap it and then try to drag. Any secret to this?
